Straight-laced Prof. Utonium attempts to create perfect little girls, but he accidentally includes "Chemical X." This results in the creation of Blossom, a take-charge red-head; Bubbles, a blonde sweety-pie; abd Buttercup, the ready-to-fight brunette.
