Summary
Billionaire Dick Grayson has publically announced his plans to elevate Blüdhaven by creating the Alfred Pennyworth Foundation, which will help unhoused children get off the streets. But Blockbuster feels threatened as the power he has over the city slips from his hands... and through gritted teeth, he orders his assassins to get Grayson.
