- Summary
- Tarek is a young Palestinian soccer player who has crossed the blockade into Tel Aviv on a suicide-bombing mission. He gets to the crowded marketplace and is all set to do the deed but much to his surprise, when he presses the button the bomb doesn't go off. He finds someone to fix it, but it will take two days, so he has to wait--wearing a jacket full of dynamite that he can't take off. While waiting, he meets Israeli people who make him question the hatred he was raised on--especially Keren. Keren runs her small shop and life with an attitude and style reminiscent of punk--and is constantly harassed by traditionalists offended by same. Now Tarek doesn't want to go through with it, but the terrorist group has a plan to make sure he does
