Summary
In the home of inmate Perkins, Officer Dwayne Hopper discovers a collection of torture videos featuring 14 missing victims from the past including Hopper's own son. When Hopper murders Perkins in a fit of rage he unleashes a killing spree on the town with accounts that his own son is one of the deranged killers
