Summary
An epic drama which follows the life of an Ethiopian boy passed off as an African Jew to escape his country. In 1984 Schlomo is airlifted from a Sudanese refugee camp to Israel. Later as a teenager living in Tel Aviv, Schlomo gradually learns the intricacies of Jewish life and Western society, experiences racism from Jews and falls in love. Torn between two identities, Schlomo must make a heart-wrenching decision
