Summary
This book is written for people who aren't lawyers and who are thinking about going to family court, who are already involved with a family law case, or who have a family member or friend involved in a pending or active family law case. As judges, the authors have presided over more than 10,000 trials or other courtroom events in family law cases. Divorce is one of the most significant life changing experiences a person will ever live through. However, it is a process, not an event. The process goes on long after the legal aspects of the divorce are complete. The process operates on at least four levels: legal, emotional, financial, spiritual. This book attempts to address all of these levels in an interrelated manner
