Summary

In the Gobi Desert of Southern Mongolia, a family of nomads who keep a camel herd face trouble when one white calf is rejected by its mother. When all other attempts to reconcile the mother with the calf fail, the family sends its two young boys on a journey to a distant village, to seek a musician who will perform a ritual to set things right
